The Shot Club

Our wellness shots are designed to detoxify and brighten skin, boost metabolism and energy, and enhance focus and overall cellular health. *New in 2025, Arizona state law requires an annual good faith exam prior to most treatments. In person or via telemedicine, this review and evaluation will determine if you are a good candidate for treatment

At Hooked Up Wellness Clinic, we accept HSA and FSA payments for eligible medical services, making it easier for you to invest in your long-term health. Our clinical services—including men’s and women’s health visits, medically-necessary IV hydration, weight-management consultations, and provider-directed treatments—may qualify for HSA/FSA coverage.Please note that cosmetic services, such as aesthetic Botox and beauty or lifestyle IV drips, are not eligible under IRS guidelines. If you’re unsure whether a service qualifies, our team is happy to guide you. We also provide itemized receipts upon request for HSA/FSA documentation.
